The experience was delightful overall, with a lovely room and attentive staff making it special. some aspects of the dining experience fell short, with a few mishaps at dinner that affected the overall enjoyment. Still, the facilities and service left a positive impression.

This hotel suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like free parking, an indoor swimming pool, and a spa & wellness centre. During my first stay, the staff helped me with a late check-in, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it for a relaxing retreat.

We had a comfy room and loved the cozy vibe here. The afternoon tea was amazing, and the staff were super friendly! Shoutout to Chloe for making us feel special. The only bummer was the leaky shower screen – it made the bathroom floor a bit of a hazard.

We had a lovely stay, enjoying the beautiful gardens and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious, making it a perfect start to our day exploring Chester. Our room was spacious enough for our family, accommodating our two babies comfortably.

My children wished for better soundproofing. we could hear wedding guests in the corridors.

i took my mum for mothers day n we had a lovely time. the hotel was so clean n smellled amazin. the spa was beautifull n the pool area was well kept. they were also dog friendly n my pup got lots of fuss. staff were really friendly even tho they were super busy.

The spa was really quiet and clean—an amazing spot to unwind. We loved the evening meals, especially the carvery on Sunday. The spacious executive room offered fantastic views and had a mini fridge that we totally appreciated.

The executive room boasted lovely furnishings with a spotless bathroom and ample space to unwind. The leisure facilities, while often busy, were clean and well-maintained, making the time spent waiting feel less of a hassle.

Upon arrival, parking was an issue with the lot full due to non-hotel patrons, complicating access for those needing it most. The awkward position of the television, situated near the door instead of the center of the room, detracted from the layout. Another inconvenience came from the lack of a phone in the room, making it tricky to contact reception quickly—especially in case of an emergency. I also found the accessibility of the lifts confusing, with the service lift leading us far from the reception area. Minor issues, but they certainly impacted the stay for a hotel of this caliber.
